Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservations canceled within the first 24 hours are not subject to any deductions. There is a deduction of 10% of the total amount until 24 hours after the reservation is made and 72 hours before the reservation is made. If there is less than 72 hours of reservation time, no refund will be made.
